Dotsure insurance recoveries

Hi I'm totally unhappy about the service I received from Dotsure insurance,recoveries department claim reference number ASPA***. The aforementioned claim is dated 2017,and since November 2021 Malikah from Dotsure has promised to pay the claim to no avail.No cent has been paid into my account,even after numerous attempts of emails and calls from them.My claim is long overdue,I request that the refund be processed.
