Dissapointed by Service
I am very disappointed with Oarkhurst insurance. I was involved in an accident where my new BMW 340i was damaged the mirror and left hand side front & rear doors. The insurance advised me to take my car to the non - approved BMW dealer and my Motorplan was cancelled. After my car was fixed they took it to BMW for Quality check and it failed. they don't wanna reinstate my motor plan sine they are not happy with the repairs done on the vehicle . they claim there are other external damages and the insurance doesn't wanna fix them . their accessor advised I put in another claim for those external damges which I dnt knw about and they are currently rejecting .Y where the damages not seen when I took my car to their preferred dealer for inspecten prior quoting .if my car was taken to BMW approved dealer none of this would have happen .Oarkhurst claims department told me that they don't work with BMW repair centre .so y are they covering me knowing that they dnt work with BMW approved dealer.i am so pathetic of this . I dnt have a motor plan now due to them.be warned other BMW drivers if you are covered by oarkhurst. The accessor insited all will be sorted and I am currently struggling paying for higher service bills which I wasn't suppose to . I tried explaining the to their resolutions department and their are as useless as their accessor .they dnt wanna listen to my story and kept on twisting it.
