Discrepancies on my Policy A****636320

<p>Recently I discovered that there were changes made on my policy without my consent. My monthly premium went up, I was told the premium will be R799.27 Where as the amount I agreed to and have been playing is R614.82, that issue was resolved and I was sent new policy documents confirming that the error has been fixed.<br />However, as I went through the documentation I discovered that the additional excess fee I initially agreed to at first went up from R2500 to R3500.<br /> I have sent emails and made several calls and no one was able to assist and resolve my query until I spoke to Tebogo Soldaat. He was able to assist me and resolve the issue, I am very pleased with his service... keep up the good work and keep the clients happy! :)</p>
