Disappointed and appalled by Oakhurst/Dotsure

This is the worst motor insurance business I've had the displeasure of paying for the past 6years of my life. Last year I made a claim after an accident and it was declined because they said that the driver was not a regular driver. This year I have been driving my car and on the odd occasion that someone else was driving, this person gets into an accident and when I make a claim they decline again because the said driver is not nominated. However this person has a drivers licence and has been driving for longer than myself- even. When I said I wanted to include the said driver as nominated last year, they gave me the run-around and ended up not doing. They just look for excuses not to pay claims and it is really disgusting in these troubling times, when we deny ourselves so many things in order to fulfill our installment obligations. However when they have to be the step up, they find silly excuses not to. Even when I said I wanted to include another person as a nominated driver last year, they assured me that my premiums would not increase - so why is the claim not approved.

So disappointed and appalled.
