did not like to cover my fully amount

<p>Hi </p> <p>I got a problem with my insurance Oakhurst I was involved in any accident and my said my car was a right off now they didn't want to cover me in fully they only want to pay the some of the amount to the bank and I will be still owe the bank which is not working for me.</p> <p>I brought a quoting for R80 000 to get my car fixed but they said the bank must provide a letter which gives them a permission to give me cash to fix my vehicle. The bank told them tellephonically that the are not allowed to be involved in issues of insurance and insured. If there is agREement we must do it without involving the bank because they are getting their premiums every month. So now I'm stuck I have even wrote any email to withdraw the claim cause I'm not gaining anything from righting off the vehicle I will be left owing R53 000 without the vehicle. Now I'm stuck no money to fix my vehicle but I have been paying insurance for 12 months now. Help me</p>
