Deliverparts to wrong place

On the 24thjuly 2015 my vehicle was in a accident, it went to durban south panel beaters on Sydneyroad durban, we were promised our vehicle in 20working days, then it went to the 26august we would get our vehicle, i had to keep my daughter out of school which as we had no transport so month of Augusti paid school fees for nothing coz she only went for two weeks after that no school coz no vehicle after 20days,on the 26th august i call my ins uranceooakhurstto query abt my vehicle parts only to be told my parts where delivered on the 14th august to the wrong panelbeaters and they only became aware of it when i called and further inconvenience as now im paying my vehicle installment my daughters school fees my insurance premiums and now taxi fare coz my vehicle is delayed further, when i call my insurance requesting a courtesy car for their mistake i now get told they will give me a discount for my excess of 1500 but what happens abt a vehicle they tell me to see from the panelbeaters, what happens to me the customer in the process a further month with no vehicle a child who wont go to school but fees will be paid coz my insurance rather send me away but i pay monthly,
