Debiting my account without my permission

I have no agreement with this company, i do not know who you are. please stop debiting my account. I had an insurance with oakhurst which was then cancelled, as part of the terms for this insurance you have to take up a netstar tracker which i didn't have a problem with. the problem i have now is that between oakhurst and netstar, someone here is not telling the truth as they keep taking me back and forth about who this company is,no one wants to admit that they know who Badgerdm is. please stop debiting my account as i have no contract what so ever with you.
