Debit Order date

Good Day,<br> <br> I was with Oakhusrt last year and I terminated my insurance and moved to Miway, from June 2015 to December 2015 I was being billed on the 15th of every month for the tracking device, and I agreed to that and have no problem with that. <br> <br> My problem is Altech bills me on the 02 of every month and this has caused me money and I have a communication from Altech to say that all my details were given to them by Oakhurst except the debit order date. Can you kindly confirm this cause the unpaid debits has costed me money and my credit rating went down cause of unpaid debits fro 3 months.
