Oakhurst insurance company is absolute worst tyre and rim warranty insurance cover I've experienced! They are extremely rude, they drop the phone on customers customers and getting a ahold of them is a mission impossible. Craig in the claims department are the worst at customer satisfaction and they service is appalling; I have never experienced such bad service in my life.

A simple tyre claim took so long. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy, they are quick to debit your account and when it’s time for them to pay for the service that’s rightfully yours they give you a run around for a claim. Absolutely disgusting
