Danelle Ontong - Efficient Service
Something that I have been trying to get done via email (and through my Personal Portfolio Consultant) was not being done and I was not even acknowledged for even sending the email request. I therefore contacted the call centre, not very happy with having to do so, and Danelle was able to assist me quickly and efficiently.<br> <br> It was refreshing and quite a relief.
