Ashley called me following me booking a call concerning my car that has been damaged. She really made me feel at home, wanted to understand what happened and clearly explained to me how to go about and did respond with several SMSes to give me a clear indication of what should happen. It is my first claim and I am really satisfied with the great attitude that she used when communicating with me. Keep up the good work Ashley and the team.
