Claim procedure explanantion
I spoke to Ms Tarina Wolmarans regarding my claim. She explained how the process unfolds and what should happen first and last. She assured me that my vehicle will be repaired as soon as the claim is approved and anything else shall follow, that is, investigations and 3rd part involvement.
