Claim not honored

Oakhurst a such a bad insurance firm. I had a warranty claim with them regarding certain parts my cars service provider said I need to change the came back and said no they will not because all the issues are due to oil leak. How in the hell is a control arm bushes due to oil leak or V belt tensioner...? imbeciles. I then requested the assessors report and they refused to give me saying its and internal document...who pays them..? its us as customers we own the firm indirectly without us they are not there yet they do no want to give infor because they know one can refute their sham of an assessment of their *********** assessor
