Claim Not Covered - Oakhurst Insurance

I am hugely disappointed after having paid my insurance premiums faithfully for several years with no claim. Now that I needed to claim, a clause prevents me from doing so - damage to the vehicle is under R5000 which they do not cover....I find this to be *********, and would not recommend them to anyone. R1378 per month for this.....I have submitted a cancellation.
