Claim Letter Client Within Excess - NYP***

I was involved in car accident and my rear bumper and front shock absorber leaking ,stabilizer broken . Dotsure meticulously calculated the claim to be within excess and l will be liable for the damages.

I have been penalized with unjustifiable excesses and they can not only cover for the rear bumper damage and not my shock absorber and stabilizer link.
