Claim has been ignored for months still no feedbac

This insurance is not legit they take your money every month but when it comes to paying, they gave me the run around when my car was ******. Till this day there have been no response or feedback from them. My car was ****** and they refuse to pay out or assist. It's has been 4 months no one has bothered to contact me or respond to my emails. Please do not take this insurance it will be like not having insurance. I am definitely going to be taking this further and call my lawyer to resolve this matter. This company has causes me nothing but stress and depression.
