claim declined

on 17th of December 2015 round bronkhorspruit on my way to germiston I got an accident. Isaac shoulddrive the car if is drivable and take it to nearest Toyota garage to be assesed. Isaaac said if the car doesn't have a problem we will be liable to pay for the garage services, but if the car is damaged the insurance will pay for the damages. now Lelethu (the last person to deal with the complain) says its declined because we already paid the cost for fixing the car without consulting them. I have all proof receipts and invoices for total cost to fix the car and I need my money to be repaid by insurance. if not so then I should take out the parts that the garage did put them and the insurance company take the car and fix it if that will make a difference
