Car Repairs that was in an accident

I was involved in an accident on the 10 Jan 2018,Since then my car haven't been fixed.What i'm getting is that they are waiting for the parts to be delivered .. It's been four weeks now getting the same response...The panel beater even ask the numbers from them for the company that is supposed to deliver the parts and they didn't gave them the numbers..Its like now they saying lies to say the parts have been ordered.

Can i please get a daily update about the status of my complaint.now it's approaching the second month from the 10-01-2018 not receiving or hearing the progress about my car.Now and then i keep on getting promises....that not realised
