Car claim

Thanks for sharing my story. I heard a car accident on the 18 December 2018, I was from Durban to EShowe. 40 KM away to reach home a car driving to Southern direction lost control and is swivel all over the road and hit my car beyond repairs the driver of etos Mr Mpanza who was working at Mandeni Shoprite Nyoni SAPS Arrived on the scene and they did everything for AR no and I reported to my insurance (Oakhurst insurance) the car was covered with comprehensive coverage during the time of the accident they did not give me cooperation they let my car to be towered to iMpangeni in which I asked them to tow to Durban after few days they sent me an email to apologize for taking my car to mpangeni but they didn't do anything after that they told me the car was write-off then it is where everything started they paid R118000 minus third party deposit of R13000 plus TopUp cover of R50000 which was not paid to me because they said according to their payments policy if they have paid out 80% of the comprehensive cover they cannot pay more. The I would like you to help me recover my R13000 plus R50000=630000 because when they want me to join their TopUp cover they new very well that their policy will not pay so why they call me to join it? Another thing with R13000 they are saying they will wait for third-party to pay them before they can pay me back that is none of my business they must pay my money back. It's been almost 2 years and they can't solve my problem what kind of insurance is this? Please help me I don't know what to do? I always call them then they will respond. They cannot call to inform me about what is happening last month when I sent them an email the Lawyer told me that he was new from the case which means they don't take me seriously
