Bad Service from Oakhurst Insurance Company - Unhappy Customer
I am a customer of Oakhusrt Insurance company. On the 25 of December 2018 I met with an accident, I contacted oakhurst , and we started the claim process. Being it the holidays I could only take my car for a quote on the 07th of January 2019. It has taken Oakhurst almost 1 month to approve my claim. Multiply back and forth, I was treated like a culprit and went through investigations. My claim was handled by different claims consultant, giving me different feedback. I had to call Oakhurst numerous of times asking about the progress of my claim (why should I do that, I am paying for insurance and I am the client). Finally my car goes in for repairs on the 24th of January 2019. Oakhurst had to order the parts and deliver to the panel beaters. Till date no parts delivered., no contact from Oakhurst. I do not have a car to get to work, because I wass not informed of the courtesy car when I took out my insurance. This is unacceptable...... I am disgusted and very upset with the service I received. This is no way of treating clients. I REQUEST OAKHURST CONTACT ME WITH A CAR FOR THERE INCOMPETENCY. I am not happy, and honestly thinking of canceling my insurance with Oakhurst. I am disgusted, unhappy with the service I received. I am starting a new job on Monday 04 Feb 2019 and I do not have a car to get to work. This is not on....... Can someone please help me as a matter of urgency. Much appreciated.
