Bad service

I have very serious concerns with this insurance policy, I insured my car with them only 3 months back and already having concerns whether they will be there for me should anything happen to the vehicle. The allocated agent that is meant to deal with my account has not been responding to my mails from the beginning of Oct and money is being deducted without my knowledge, I complained about the money that left my account in the beginning of Oct and apparently I agreed to those deductions which I didn't and on the 2nd of Nov more money was deducted and nobody is willing to assist, to add on to my frustration I email the agent to change my debit order date and the address where I park during the day and again she ignored my request, if you are insured with 20sure good luck with that journey cause all I want now is a new insurance who actually cares about people and not your bank account. The agents there are very unprofessional especially Nomaphelo because after she told me I agree to the charges in Oct, I requested the recording and guess what that was the last time I heard from her. If that's how 20sure trains their agents then that company is in the wrong line of business. <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from 20sure to Oakhurst Insurance by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
