Bad service

I am currently being sued by the third party by the damages she has encountered.

I understand that an investigation need to be done but they have no sense of urgency and this is really frustrating having to call people for feedback on my claim.

I am not happy at all. i took out the insurance with DOTSURE.CO.ZA
