Bad Service
I had insurance with oakhurst and i wasnt aware of there is an outstanding derbit and when i got involved in an accident thats when they told me that i have outstanding amount. They have writen off the car and also cancelled my policy within the month where I was involved in an accident. It was a wast of time to have such a bad insurance and regret why i have joined it. Their service is so bad in a way that i have to contact them everytime to find out about the claim. Possibly FSB can let me know how this is possible. The policy has been cancelled without my concern. How on Earth this is possible. What does a contract mean? Really hate Oakhurst with passion. I really dont reccomend anyone to use this insurance. If I knew i could have joined other insurances that have drive with their clients.<br>

o The debit order for your monthly premium was unpaid for the month that you had the accident;
o The Insurer has on different dates communicated this to you via sms advising of same on the number provided to their offices as your contact number;
o You advised that you had changed your cell phone number and failed to update your insurer regarding this;
o As such, you did not have cover for the month of the accident.
