Bad service

<p>My name is Simphiwe Mahlalela id no: *** i had an accident on the 16 April 2016 10km to badplaas from Ceroline on the R38. The accident happened around 21h30 and i called my insurance bt i feel i was not help according as i have to stay the whole evening without any assistance as the tow truck arrived the following day after 11h00am. The road assistance people didn't car about my life in the evening in the middle of nowhere at night. I am the one who had to always call them and find out what was happening even when i told them that i s****ing to feel dizzy all the lady can say is for me to stay at the scene and wait for the tow truck. I have to stay there for the whole evening and it was cold not knowing what will happened to me. I feel the road assistance didn't care about my safety and my life. I not impressed with the bad service that i received and i was promised that the will be investigation regarding these matter. I will be happy to get the outcome of the investigation.</p>
