BAD, POOR, ANNOYING SERVICE

I am disappointed with OAKHURST, I made a tire claim on the 21st of August, I sent the requested Documents, the Quotation amount was R864 but they paid me R175 on the 24th of August, are u kidding, what type of tire cost R175??? Okay, then I called on the 25th they said they will back to me,, I called them again o the 26th, they again said they will get back to me, they did not, I called again on the 28th which is today, they redirected me 4 times to different people, I am so disgusted, the last person kept on saying he doesn't hear me that my line is bad, I wondered how the first 3 people heard me loud and clear. I am going to cancel this insurance with them if they don't rectify thier mistake.
