Awesome service

I have been moving from one insurance to the other. Some made promises they failed to keep. The worst part of the insurance companies are their claim departments. By grace I joined insurance driven by AA which is now underwritten by Oakhurst. What a blessing. This is one decision I never regretted.

I have logged few claims and I was introduced to an angel identified herself as Verity Fischer. Upon receiving my claims she calls to identify herself and later sent an SMS and also an email with a list of documents she requires for the claim. On her communique she always gives her direct telephone line. Every time I called the number it is always answered and if she is not on her table she always returns my calls. Upon receiving all necessary documents the claim, the claim is always finalized within 24 hours. Verity is a GOD send to Oakhurst and AA. I am the happiest client and I do not see me or any of my family moving from these people. Big up to Verity and the management for the awesome work even though awesome is not enough to express my gratitude. If you reading this and you need good service from good people where you are valued as a client give them a try and you will never ever regret.
