I just want to say thank you to Kayla Pelser from Oakhurst Insurance for the assisting me in getting my new vehicle insured. I hate lengthy calls but Kayla's attitude and telephonic etiquette was outstanding which made the conversation pleasurable. If only all people we have to deal with telephonically are as professional as Kayla. thanks again.
