awaiting feedback on thirs party claim

on 8/12/2015 a taxi reversed into my BMW X1 as i was turning right onto a lane with traffic going forward. he claims he did not see me nor hear my hooter as i tried to signal him to stop because i could not move right or left due to cars on either side of me , cars behind me as well, so i stopped my car and hooted to no avail. accident report was done with Tshwane Metro officers, pictures taken and later quotes obtained. After struggling to get information from Mrs Mudau-the Oakhurst policy holder- endlessly, i finally got hold of Mavinene Du Preez whom i sent all the documents to on 29/01/2016. She rep**** to my email on 05/02/2016 stating my claim was declined I must contact the client. Again back and forth with no results from Mrs Mudau and Oakhurst, my lawyer contacted Oakhurst and I resent everything to Melanie Edwards on 16/02/2016. Feedback requested on 29/02/2016 from Melanie-she told me my file is on her desk, there are other cases ahead of mine, even though the accident occured 08/12/2015. I am not using my car yet paying it every month, while having to make other transport arrangements and incur costs because I am waiting for Oakhurst to \ get to my file\" ....eventually! "
