Aukhust insurence Refusing to fix the car after pay four premiums.

I insured my ford ranger 2.2 with this company and i hit a donkey with my right hand side from the right fender to the right tail light. I submitted all the photos that they were looking for.

The mirror is badly broken and affected opening of the driver window and this insurance said it will not fix it.

The pannel next to the rear right tail light is broken including light, they are saying it was not part of the accident.

On the 1st time when i was taking the insurance i took the car for assessment and there was no scratches but today after paying all the premiums for full four years now Aukhust insurance is denying to fix my car.
