Atrocious service

We were in a very unfortunate accident, Oakhurst decided to tow the vehicle to the most ******* Panelbeaters in Bloemfontein that after I told them I do not want to use those useless people. Long story short, they want to write off our vehicle because off a windscreen and bonnet..... Yip, that Panelbeaters quoted the. R73000. The assesors works on photos provided to them by the Panelbeaters and does not physically inspect the vehicle. I got a secondary quote that came to R43000, less than 75% of the value of the vehicle as stated in our legal contract but still they want to write the car off. I have asked for a manager to phone me twice already and still no call. Now my question is, why do they want to write that car off so badly, what do you get our of it? You would rather give is R70 000 for a car and write it off that to pay R43000 and fix it. No, this does not make sense.
