Dear Management<br> <br> Yesterday i emailed Nadia regarding a claim request and information. Within 5 of my email send i got a email back from Nadia. A claim number and explanation on what is to follow was received. <br> <br> This is not the first time that Nadia assisted me with queries and or assistance regarding unclear procedures. <br> <br> Allow me to say , that Nadia is in fact great mirror to the outside world for your company. She came through as a person that will and did walk on water for her customer's. Her willingness to listen to me while i am busy blowing my gasket is just out of this world. <br> <br> Nadia, thank you so much for your excellent service and carry the flag of your company so proudly and high.<br> <br> <br> <br>
