The dealer phoned me about the client Mr Motete claim. Tarina phoned me back to give feedback regarding the claim. Oakhurst works with a panelbeater in Johannesburg but the client is in Mafikeng and prefers a panelbeater there. Tarina phoned the panelbeater that the client prefers and explained the situation even though Oakhurst doesn't work with that Panelbeater and although it takes extra time from Tarina. Tarina went out of her way to assist the client and also phoned me back with feedback as soon as all was arranged. Tarina does go out of her way for her clients.
