APPALLING

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They tell you the most wonderful things over the phone when you do the contract and when you get your contract from them it says something totally different. And forget to get your recording of the initial quote and acceptance of contract out of them they do not provide that at all. They also spam the heck out of you when you join them to keep on checking that your information is correct. And they will debit your account for extra payments. The 2nd month they wanted to debit 5 different debit orders which I did not give them permission for.

Dear Cindy

We refer to your complaint dated 28 February 2020 and wish to respond as follows:

Our records confirm that you were Comprehensively insured under a Personal Profile Policy which incepted on 16 January 2020.

The sign-up recording between yourself and the Insurer forms the basis of the Insurance contract, and we confirm you have agreed to the terms and conditions of the policy.

During our investigation we found that further policy extensions were discussed with you during the sign-up of your Comprehensive policy, and you agreed to the inception of 3(three) additional policies (Excess Buster, Vehicle Contents & Platinum cover).

The policy documents for all 4(four) policies were sent to your email address on 17 January 2020.

We confirm that the 5(five) different debit orders you referred to in your complaint, were the premiums for the 4(four) policies and the once-off establishment premium which you agreed to.

We trust you find the above in order.

Kind regards
Oakhurst Resolutions Team
