Angel in the time of need

<p>i woke up in the morning to find my one dog was ill , i knew i had the pet insurance but needed a little more clarity on what i can and cannot get and how payments would work at the vet. Patricia Bester was the lady who assisted me , she was calm, knowledgable, helpful, kind, sweet and an angel and answerd every one of my queries with out a hessitation and also cared about my ill dog as if she knew him. at the same time she updated my existing policy and added a nother two dogs onto the plan for me . i phoned her and she immidiatly offered to call me back and so she did. from the time it took me to leave work to home ( which is 12min -+) i was helped and all my infornation was sorted, i took my dog to the vet sent the slip to Patricia Bester and with in 24 hours my claim came through and money was in my account . she really helped me so much in a stressed and panniced time after talking to her i was more at ease about taking my baby to the vet. thank you Patricia Bester for your help you are a star and a wonderful person . keep up the good work and keep on doing what you are doing .
