Amazing customer service

Good day - I want to brag about lee-Ann Marshall - on 3 seperate occasions in month of December I was at the verge of changing insurers - if not for the way lee-Ann dealt with all my queries,problems,grudges,etc. I would no longer be with Oakhurst... Lee Ann is amazing - I send one email and she responds within minutes - if a call is warranted she calls/if not a email reply - she excellent in determining when to call or when email will suffice - she remember all my requests and needs - never once did I have to chase after her to remember things I needed. <br> <br> The other ppl there who I have delt with could recall take lessons from her - perhaps Senior trainee manager position for Lee-Ann - she got some serious customer service skills that ur company can benefit from <br> <br> Kindly contact me should you need anything else regarding this compliment
