Always out of reach and never returns calls
<p>When i first joined this insurance i was assigned a Personal Portfoilio Consultant who i spoke to only that first time i joined. Every other time, im put on hold for more than 10mins, im forever asked to leave a message but she never responds or get back tome</p>

Kindly accept our sincerest apologies that the consultant did not contact you upon receipt of the request to do so. the reason was that after she was aware of your query/request she immediately relayed it to the department wherein you would receive sufficient assistance.
We confirm that Sibonda from the Retentions department was in contact with you and that you were assisted adequately.
We also confirm that we escalated your complaint to the managers in the portfolio division to address with the consultant in order to avoid future occurrences of this nature.

I really appreciate the responses :)
I am helped by Sibonda when im at work as i have access to my mails to reach him directly ,and have the work telephone to call and hold as long as needed when she's out of reach.
However, i also called on the 1st Decemeber 2016 on my way to my holiday destination in Durban wanting to add the friend i was travelling with onto my list of drivers as we were using my car. I left a message for her as im always requested, we came back from Durban and did not contact me back.
I understand she maybe swamped with other client queries, but as i stated before, she never gets back to me even on times i urgently need assistance for minor things.
Can i request that i get a new portfolio consultant?
