Accident Clain unfairly Rejected

<p>I had a car accident on 26th March and 4 weeks later i was told that my claim is rejected because of negligence. They stated that i was disrupted by my cellphone while driving and that is not true, i told them numerous times that i was not on my ohone nor texing and they kept telling me stories. my car is still with them, ive been struggling without a car and it seems this Oakhurst Insurance doest care. ive never missed a poremium and they are still dedducting the premium even now. i got email today stating that i intentionally damaged my car, how can i do that? i am so dissapointed with Oakhurst Insurance/Dot Sure</p>
