AA insurance *****ing from citizens

I have be emailing since may asking for policy cancelation and no one has acknowledged nor responded to my email. The premium was deducted from my account , that is *******, theft and *********. I called today and was promised call backs within 5 minutes and nothing. I want a refund as I send numerous requests to cancel my insurance. This is highly ********* and unprofessional.
