AA going to the dogs
I have insurance driven by the AA underwritten by Oakhurst Insurance Company. AA insurance was the best thing that ever happened to me perfect premiums quality product, until they changed underwriters. This is a total nightmare paying more and getting less double up on my excesse , were no excess was required now you have to pay excess.
When I phone all they said was it was a decision from the underwriters and nothing else when ask to speak to a manager was on hold for an hour and nothing So another good serves going to the dogs
