We refer to the your Hello-Peter complaint logged on 24 June 2019.
The content of your dispute has been duly noted. Our office tried to call you several times on your cell phone to try and establish what caused your unhappiness, and there has not been any response.
We regret to inform you that your claim was processed in accordance to the terms and conditions of your policy.

We refer to the your Hello-Peter complaint logged on 24 June 2019.
The content of your dispute has been duly noted. Our office tried to call you several times on your cell phone to try and establish what caused your unhappiness, and there has not been any response.
- We wish to address the outcome of your claim which is the only thing we can assume at this point might have led to your unhappiness.
- Upon the claim registration, damages of your vehicle were assessed and the cost of damage was established.
- Excesses were deducted from the cost of damages in accordance to the excess structure that was advised and agreed to during inception of your policy.
- A settlement was then calculated where The cost of damages is therefore less than the excess required/ deductible, thus the claim fell within excess.
We regret to inform you that your claim was processed in accordance to the terms and conditions of your policy.
