7 Working days turned to 15 working days and counting ..

I hope you are well . My name is Candice Lawrence and I am writing this mail on behalf of my father Christopher Lawrence . Our vehicle was sent to Danmar auto body on the 9th of October . We were told that the vehicle will be ready within 7 working days . Today , is the 28th of October, it has been a total of 15 working days , which is 3 weeks and we are now STILL getting the run around from Oakhurst . According to them , certain parts still needed to be authorized and sent to Danmar . Why was this not followed up and checked by Oakhurst to ensure that all parts were authorized and available so that the vehicle would have been done in the amount of time told to us ! The service we have gotten from Oakhurst is unorganized , disgusting and to say the least pathetic ! I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone else and I will be informing everyone of how useless your services are !
