3 weeks and car claim still not sorted

I would not recommend using Oakhurst for car insurance. We got into an accident and was initially told that Oakhurst will get quotes for the repairs just to find out 2 weeks of my car sitting at a yard that we have to get the quotes. Besides the mixed information you receive, it is also a headache trying to get hold of anyone to give you updates. It's been 3 weeks and my car is still sitting in a yard.
