Complaint iro Non-Refundable Fees

My complaint is as follows and the institution concerned is Oakfields College in Lynnwood Ridge Shopping Mall

I have signed and pay for studies for the entire year in advance

Over the past few months, I have had endless conflicts & disagreements with one of the lecturers and in the end even approached the principle of the college to resolve these matters, so that I can actually complete my studies. The principle has always taken the side of the lecturer, even if she was in the wrong & discussions between myself and the lecturer, have never ended up being the truthful side of these matters & issues, once the principle got involved

I was advised by the principle to request individual tuition apart from the rest of the class, as the lecture has always reflected a negative response to me in front of the other students

I approached the said lecturer and made such arrangements, only to have her outrightly cancel the additional classes for no reason

I have sent correspondence to the principle of the college and stated that I wish to withdraw any further studies at the college and hence requested a refund iro the 2nd semester, for which I have paid in full, only to have them refuse to refund me in accordance with the contract I signed, that is not in line with the Consumer Protection Act

I have gone as far as forwarding the Consumer Protection Act to the principle, highlighting the points that protect me as a consumer, against such instances, only to now have the principle completely ignore any further correspondence from me and refusing to take my calls, still not responding to my request for a full refund

I have both the correspondence between myself & the principle, as well as the contract that I signed and the reason I wish to lodge this complaint, is, firstly, because the college is and/or has not provided me with the services for which I have paid in order for me complete my photographic studies and I now require my 2nd semester fees to be refunded to me, in order for me to pursue my studies elsewhere, where there is a professional conduct between lecturer and student as should be

Please could you advise me, as to what I need to forward to your offices and what my next steps are iro this matter
