My cat was admitted with a blocked bladder and crystals in his urine, which was an incredibly stressful situation for me. From the very beginning, Dr. Sashen and his team were not only professional but also extremely kind, patient, and compassionate. They immediately put me at ease and made me feel confident that my cat was in the best possible hands. Throughout his stay, they took such good care of him and made sure he was comfortable at all times. What really stood out to me was their excellent communication. Every time I called to check in, they were always willing to give detailed updates on his condition and progress, and they never made me feel like I was bothering them. That level of care and reassurance meant so much during such a difficult time. I also truly appreciate how affordable their services are, especially considering the high level of care and attention they provide. Rare to find a veterinary clinic that offers both excellent service and reasonable pricing. Because we all know that these things happen so unexpectedly so funds are not easy to come about.
