Shocking!

Advertised as a 'Luxury' 4* Guesthouse, we were allocated the self catering cottages. Dreadful, room was darkened dank. Yellowed, stained bed linen. Huge crack in wall, cobwebs, damp and shower was blocked. Unhelpful manager, who refused to give us a refund - Definitely NOT a 4*.
