Oak Tree Village Bad security, Dont buy or rent

Oak tree village its a newly built property development situated in Clubview Centurion. The units are for sale to stay or rent them out. I took a rental in February 2020. The first night we moved in they tried to ***** our Car, but as they failed to open the Car they then moved to try other Cars inside the complex. Mind you theres a 24 hour security guards onsite. As they tried other Cars, they then managed to open up a White polo of one of the tenants and it was driven out of the complex via the security gate, where there was guards.The security in this complex is weak, the plugs to switch on the lights inside the house got broken on the first week of occupancy, the main door locks comes out by themselves in few months of occupancy and right now the stove is brocken, cables underneath the stove are burning and it traps the main switch. We reported the stove incident to the landlord and told us that the stove is still under guarantee and it will be fixed in 3 working days and now its 2 weeks the stove is not fixed, we haven't been cooking but eating takeaways every day from breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is a bizarre place to buy or rent. Infact all in all the cars ****** since this place opened in mid year 2019 to date, amount to around +/- 5 except those that they failed to *****, but damaging the doors and struggle to open your car with your keys.
