This is the most pathetic complex you could live at. Dustbins are never tended to on time, to a point that tenants leave the trash on the concrete. Rules are only imposed on certain tenants. The caretaker Arthur entertains silly complaints. Music tolerated by certain tenants. Cameras in the complex dont work but nobody tells you that. Pool stays dirty. the rules are ridiculous. You cant hang washing on your balcony, your child cannot play outside. More like the insane rent is to be in a prison cell. They impose ridiculous fines based on hearsay by other tenants and not follow through with an investigation first. They are so greedy and have crazy clauses in their leasing contract like a penalty of R5700 if you cancel lease prior to 6 months, they will charge you R2000.00 if you leave ******* on the property. when cancelling lease they expect you to be out by 12 on the last day of the month not taking into account that its not a full day and you are only obliged to leave on the following day. For lawyers that write up the contract they disregard the rental act and all other laws and act as if their leases supersede the law itself.
