Yet another incredible experience with Glenda Sheridan, who is the most highly brilliant estate agent we have worked with over the past 15 years.
Razor sharp mind, superb gut instinct, brilliant at building long-term relationships with Buyers, Sellers, Tenants and Landlords alike...and she really cares about the best outcome for all.
This is the second property we have sold through Glenda, and the second 'rabbit out a hat' which she has produced. We're tough clients, particular on our pricing, and Glenda has always understood that and delivered.
A rare privilege. Thank you for everything, dearest Glenda.

08 May 2024, 21:41I need to retract my statement above. The sale did not go through, their was extremely poor due diligencce and risk management by the agents, and we lost 3 mths of rental. Extremely sad, as I had trusted the agent, and we were treated very poorly by O-Yes when we tried to seek an apology, nevermind discount on fees which they still charged at full rate.
