Very Professional & Excellent Customer Service from Team Poran

What is service excellence? Service excellence is the act of going beyond customer expectations and delivering an industry-leading experience that really wows your clients.

And I can honestly confirm that I have been “wowed” by the service received from Team Poran (Amith & Ilana). Here is my short story and property selling experience with Team Poran. In October 2022, I contacted Amith enquiring about the sales market in Midrand, and he provided me with honest and to the point information which convinced me in deciding to give Team Poran the sole mandate to market and sell my 3 bed, 2 bath, dbl garage simplex in Midrand.

Since I was in Richards Bay, and the home was locked, we made arrangements for him to go there over the weekend, meet my bro-in law, who will then grant him access to the house for photos to be taken. Amith, really did a remarkable job of executing the task of cameraman for the home photo shoot. I was impressed with the quality of fotos’ taken. I was also appreciative of the fact that he took the time of ensuring that unwanted items/clutter was removed from all the rooms/bathrooms that were in view at the time that the fotos’ had to be taken.

Within a week, the For Sale listing was on the website and I was excited that my property would be sold soon. Amith did mention that we are approaching year end and the sales market will be winding down from December, but he assured me of a sale within three months. After the seventh viewing on the 16 November 2022, less than a month after listing, we got an offer on my property, which I accepted.

From there on, the entire process with the attorneys etc, has been seamless and a smooth transfer process unfolded. Amith was always on call to answer any queries or potential issues and gave prompt feedback/advice when required. Transfer of the property to its new owners took place on 31 January 2023 which was the date that Amith had predicted. Selling a property can be stressful and challenging but Team Poran is more than capable to deliver.
