Terrible service, misleading clients.
Terribly disappointed with the service I received from Bryan from O-Yes properties. I was mislead regarding the actual size of the house, the complex levies and also the occupational rent. The also failed to advise new auctioneers about the auctioneers fee. Terrible service from this real estate company. They literally lie to make a rushed sale. I would never purchase from them again.

We have looked into your complaint and listened to the recording of the Auction, where Bryan clearly explains the Buyers Premium and the terms and conditions of the Auction.
From what I can see, the levy is correct, the usage amounts are not noted but, that's normal, as they change with each occupant.
The unit size listed is what is noted on the property report which is taken from the Deeds Office.
Occupational rent isn't part of the Auction Process, that is discussed afterwards should early occupation be requested.
The nature of an Auction is an instant sale so, we apologise if you felt rushed but, the bidding process is standard throughout most auctions around the world and, although we understand that the process is not for everyone, you personally made the decision to go ahead with bidding.
I understand that you were allowed early access to the unit and that our team and Claudia the Attorney have been helping you however they can and so we believe this 1-star review isn't justified, nor are your allegations of lying. We will send your review to our attorneys to see if it can in fact be classed as defamation.

I know the exact size of the apartment however I was **** to that it’s actually much bigger than it actually is.
On your post on Facebook, it clearly says 2 x covered parking bays when in actual fact there’s only ONE!!!! Is this not misleading?
I have posted this hellopeter. This is a platform where we can share our experience, both good and bad! Sadly, my experience wasn’t a pleasant one so I have every right to share it on this platform.

You can definitely share your good and bad experiences on HP but, they do need to be truthful ones.
According to our Auction Manager, you offered the occupational rent of R4,500 and she advised that it was up to the seller what amount they would accept but, they say they did not tell you that the rent would be R4,500.
Unfortunately, due to the POPI Act, we cannot send you the video recording as it does feature all bidders but, you are welcome to go and listen to it at the Attorney's office.
The issue with the 2 allocated parking spaces (1 covered and one not) was also covered prior to the auction happening, I understand you asked the question and our disclaimer does cover omittances in descriptions.
Please would you advise what outcome you are looking for with these complaints? You know you are welcome to email ****hka at any time with any issues you experience, she also tried to call you yesterday.
